After knowing the Robinson's for about 5 years I was super excited they were finally making the move to Dorset!
I first met Mark in the summer of 2011 at Heathrow airport, where we were about to head over the pond to America! Mark and our good friend Lee were about to spend 14 days cycling from the Canadian border to the Mexican border down the western coast of America, raising money for Action Medical Research. Mark and I went from complete strangers to life long friends in just 3 weeks - hard not to after photographing him 24/7!
A few years later I went to stay with his wonderful family up in Kettering, with it being summer holidays we had lots of fun activities planned :D
I have always kept in touch with the family and they have always wanted to move to the coast so when Michelle got her promotion in the NHS, it finally meant Dorchester was their new home!
Which means FAMILY FUN DOWN THE BEACH!!!

A sunny(ish) Thursday evening in September I got to work alongside the wonderful Carly Mason again, we have been patiently waiting for sleeve to be finished.
Carly is a very talented tattoo artist and piercer at Inspiration Tattoo in Poole.
We discussed various ideas of what to do for this shoot but decided that sun, sea and tattoos was the way forward, and with her mermaid hair it couldn't go wrong!

It was an honour to capture this stunning couple on my local beach. The love and passion these two have was incredible to photograph.
Together since they were seventeen, four beautiful children and two surrogacies with another booked in next year.
The strength of marriage and love prevails.
