The wonderful wedding of Rach & Jonny was finally here!
One that I had been waiting for. One that had been planned and thought through to the final details. One that was going to be perfect!
I met Rachel maybe 2 years before the big day when she snapped me up at a wedding fair in Ferndown - My first ever wedding fair and she booked me on the day! Beginners luck or what?!
She knew exactly what she wanted, even back then, asking me detailed questions about what I could do for her and we hit it off!

I met Rachel and her bridesmaids bright and early at Southover House, a stunning manor house in Tolpuddle near Dorchester,   the sun was shining, the marquee was getting decked out and hair and make up was in full swing!
The perks of Southover House is you can stay for the whole weekend, there is a ton of rooms for family and friends to stay. So I managed to quickly nip next door and do some groom prep as well. The boys were quiet and maybe a bit nervous as ceremony time was getting closer.
It was then time to make our way to St Mary's Church in Ferndown, a bit of a drive from the outskirts of Dorchester but a worthy one! The church is in the heart of the town standing tall and proud.
The girls and Dad arrived in style with Dorset Dubhire's stunning VW Camper vans, who were also kind enough to stop over on the way back to Southover House for a photo in a lay-by, with some stunning views of Dorset.
Back at Southover I got to catch up and work with one of my suggested vendors - Rachel from Exquisitely You Weddings, who was the on day co-coordinator. Rachel took care of everything during the day, dealt with every suppler and sorted any issues so Rachel and Jonathan could relax and enjoy their special day.
The gardens were filled with lawn games, refreshments and a massive white bouncy castle! Lego was placed among the center pieces and the speeches were set to go down a treat!
What more could you ask for on a glorious sunny day in Dorset!
Speeches soon followed in to the first dance and then on to a dad and daughter dance, fully choreographed by Rachel herself!
With the dance floor ready and the tunes coming from one of my other suggested vendors, Ross at Southern Entertainment Services, everyone was ready to dance off their delicious hog roast from earlier!

Make - Up -  Kirsten Sare
Wedding Coordinator - Rachel Johnson
DJ - Southern Entertainment Services
Transport - Dorset Dubhire
